Quality inn & Suites Owner can I have your attention, the elevator at your Caseyville hotel needs seen better days. can you update your elevator into a new brighter grid ceiling? do you understand?
Cheap… But full of Cockroaches; the pictures they have on their website are made by AI, or probably just computer renders, where you can see everything clean and neat, but… it is not true!; it is old and of course not clean!; first and last time I stay here! Sorry about that, but you guys need to fumigate this whole building!
I've stayed here many nights and over thr last year hotel ownership has made drastic changes for the betterment of the hotel.
A hidden gem! Great value and hospitality and spacious rooms - I will def be back
