I love the quality inn I grew up eating there as a child on Sundays with my family and everyone was always so kind. Unfortunately my last experience here was a bit surprising and didn't conjure the wonderful memories I'd once had of this place. The night attendant Levi, who works from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m . refused to accept my federally issued and very valid passport as a valid form of ID which was needed to purchase / book a room for the evening. Worst hotel experience ever. Dirty, full of bugs (cockroaches, spiders, insects), disgusting bathroom, and not worth the $100+ per night. The ceiling was falling apart and nothing felt clean or safe. Never staying here again. Do not recommend.
Absolutely disgusting! The room smelled musty, floors were dirty, bed comforter had stains and bugs were flying in the room. I was not about to have family from out of state stay here. This place should be shut down.
