Check-in was a breeze and the associate was nice. Upon walking to our room, the carpet was filthy in the hallway. The hallway smelled of marijuana. We got to our room and it was old, filthy and run down. I booked three rooms. One of my family members stated their room had bed bugs. Another room had a leak in the ceiling, and had the floor wet upon check-in. My room had some type of bug that I smashed so I wouldn't get bit. This hotel is not worth the time nor money. Pay extra to stay somewhere clean.

If I can give a zero, I would!!! They are Crooked, Liars and thieves!!! I went there on July 8, 2026 and reserved a room, as soon as I got there I looked at the room, I went back down to the attendant and canceled, I did not even stsy there, I was there for about 20 minutes. So I canceled and called later on that day to get refunded, they will not refund me. They told me to call the next day to speak to the manager whose name is supposedly johnny..So I called and spoke yo someone who said his name is Jon, I asked for the nam... read more

Don’t spend ur money here, obnoxious staff very rude. Got kicked out 4am no just because he felt like I was asking too many questions. Ray at the front desk specifically. Go elsewhere

This place is not a good place to stay. Had a room from Thursday to Monday. Not once did they come in to change the sheets or clean the room. Had to ask for new towels at all. Had to go to Walmart and buy sheets and towels while we stayed there. They told me they didn't have enough staff to clean the room. Trying to get clean towels, they stopped working at 3:30pm. If you want to have a booty call. This is the place to stay. Not good for a family vacation, but it's cheaper to a point. Trash all outside. Smell weed all throug... read more

The bed was at least 3 ft off the floor and too tall for me to get into comfortably. The bed itself was not comfortable either. The drain plug in the bathtub was broken. Some kind of clear residue spots on the desk and other wood furniture that couldn't be wiped off. The breakfast has no protein other than some yogurt. Waffles, cold cereal, toast, muffins, bagels etc. Coffee and juice.
