Would give this place a ZERO. Booked a room for 06/14-06/17 my flight to ATL was late and i knew i wasn’t going to make it time i called 2x no answer mind you this was 06/13 late at night so whoever was at the front desk wasn't doing there job. They still charged my card for that night and cancelled my reservation 102.81 i called for a refund and they said there was nothing they could do i had proof i called there hotel the night before to cancel and nobody responded and they said they i would have to back the next day for a... read more
Manager Bobby Patel was excellent and friendly. He called the day before to let us know he didn't have any top floor rooms as requested, put us on 2nd floor which was fine (only 3 floors). They are doing renovations. Room was clean and a spacious K and Q suite with 2 air units. Careful of the exit, kind of a blind spot. Would stay here again.
From check in to check out, my service was exceptional! Friendly and clean linen and room. Breakfast was nice too. I am rating this hotel experience at. 5!
My stay here was amazing ! very clean room & nice bed. also they just installed a new tv system & it’s amazingggg
