The room was filthy! Fridge looked like it was never touched! It’s no way they ever cleaned the microwave! The beds had stains on them! The toilet ran nonstop. The entire hotel had a weird moldy smell. When I reported these things to the front desk, their response “Ohhh” THATS IT! Not even an apology…yall been warned!
We checked in late on a busy Friday night. Reserved online. Easy check-in. Though the place appeared packed, it was very quiet. You could melt into the comfy bed! ❤️ Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bagels/toast, muffins, oatmeal/grits, eggs, sausage, biscuits, make your own waffle. Sunday there was sausage Gravy. Nice variety. Only issues were parking and the "smokers" from the other hotel. After circling the lot several times we found out they share the lot with another hotel and we were able to park there.
Our room, well our bed was totally awesome!!!! The pillows were awesome!! But, I want to shout out to Mark for his kindness and helpfulness in helping me get reservations and checking in. Mark is the example of what hospitality needs. I cannot brag on him enough. Also, let me mention Brannon, this morning while checking out….. kind and very helpful!
