first let me say I tried ignoring the negative reviews and give this hotel a fighting chance. also, DONDI IS THE BEST. she is a front desk attendant. she helped us best she could and went above and beyond. she needs a raise. owners are nice too, but this was unacceptable. we got in on a thursday evening. booked a 2-bed queen suite. room was supposed to be on lockdown but somehow we got it. the whole room was a shame. toenails & hair in the bed, food left on the chairs, disgusting carpets and shower drain was backed up. we di... read more
Don't plan on staying at this location very long if you are in town on business. My family and I were staying here while I was on business. The young boy working the front desk told my sick wife that we had to check out and into another room because the room had been booked. So I had to take off work to get us checked out. We just checked in at another hotel. There was no need in giving them the opportunity to do my family like that again. Breakfast is from 6am to 9am. Well,. Where do I start with this. Check in was difficult. I booked a suite the first night and he wanted to place my family in a non suite room. The guy was very arrogant. We stayed 3 additional nights and when it came time to pay, the same guy tried to place my family of 3 in a single king room, mind you now my son is 16 and I asked where he was gonna sleep. I wanted compliment Mr Kumar (Manager) on always offering great customer service while I was in town with work. He and his staff were very friendly and accommodated a great hotel stay. This will always be my choice when I m in Ardmore OKLAHOMA. Thanks again!
