Smallest handicapped room I have ever seen; not sure you could get a wider wheelchair between the bed and the refrigerator on one side of the bed and the other side of the bed, between the bed and wall, was maybe 30 inches. The room seemed updated and clean. The breakfast area was very small.

The staff is amazing and rooms are clean. They have been more than helpful with the four nights I’ve stayed. Always very polite and personal. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

THIS LOCATION IN ANKENY IOWA REQUIRES A 100.00 DOLLAR DEPOSIT PER PERSON STAYING IN THE ROOM. SO IF BOOKING ONLINE NO WEBSITES GIVE THAT INFORMATION. SUPER.COM, EXPEDIA ETC. SO FOR 60.00 DOLLARS I SLEPT IN THE PARKING LOT IN MY VEHICLE DUE TO A FIXED INCOME AND 100.00 DOLLARS NOT AVAILABLE. NO REFUND DUE TO IOWANS LIKE FREE MONEY. CONSIDER YOURSELF TO BE WARNED. We consistently have very good experiences in Quality Inns, and this one is no exception. The rooms are nice, breakfast is surprisingly thorough, and the location was perfect for our stay. I don't see a reason to pay more elsewhere when everything we need is handled here.
