No one was at the front desk for 15-20mins, the call button doesn't go to anyone, and the phone number left at the desk just calls the desk and no one shows up. When the manager finally shows up, he says he was in the laundry room, however, the laundry room door was open and i had already gone back there looking for someone. He then says he was actually upstairs cleaning rooms. No one is surprised by this type of service given who it is that operates these hotels.
