I will never, and I mean NEVER, book this hotel again. It was a last minute cheap booking and I will never cheap out again. The customer service was absolutely trash. I don’t know who the guy is at the front desk, but he needs to get fired. He was rude and incompetent at his job. I booked a non-smoking room and the hallway and room reeked of smoke. the guy at the front desk crashed out when i asked about breakfast (which the listing said was included), told me he recorded me and my partner all night, and then proceeded to literally threaten to beat us up if we didn’t leave in 5 minutes (4 hours before check-out time)
Worst hotel experience in life the customer service man child had me waiting for 15 minutes to check in once I knocked on the door he finally comes from the back cussing and screaming at me for knocking while he was using the bathroom which I had no idea he was doing by the way!
