This hotel is absolutely disgusting! Don’t ever stay here. There are stains all over the hallway and stains in the room. Plus the shower has black mold around the edge and it looks like it wasn’t clean. They don’t serve breakfast here anymore (probably because of sanitation reasons) and the front staff worker is incredibly rude. Never again.
Fabulous Accommodations. The staff are wonderful . Everything I asked for they helped me with. My Mother has a bad back and needed more support. I asked for extra pillows no problem. They changed our room to the first floor to help us move around. We will be back
If I could rate 0 stars I would We booked a non-smoking room, but it reeks of cigarettes with burn holes on the bedding, floor, and even the shower ceiling. The bed is sunken and uncomfortable. Breakfast was advertised but not available, forcing extra stops before work. The fridge didn’t work, spoiling our food, and the microwave was filthy. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in, burn holes everywhere, fridge didn’t work, sheets stained and dirty, no breakfast even though it’s advertised. The worst part was the attendant behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever met and clearly doesn’t want to be there. When i called to complain he hung the phone up. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The hotel right next store is 100% worth the extra price everyone is so much nicer.
