Absolutely disgusting. We got a smoking room, I’ve never seen a whole floor have that much smoke inside of a building in my whole life. Spiders and spider webs in the rooms. King size mattress from the 70-80’s literally you could feel the springs in the bed. Water rot damage in bathroom and near ice machine. We stayed for 10 mintues while we booked another hotel!!! Waste of 115 bucks for sure. Not even sure why USAA backs this specific location any longer.
Terrible customer service receptionist terrible attitude
DO NOT STAY HERE! Look at my previous reviews. I stay at choice hotels around 250 nights per year. This is the worst choice hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Very rude staff, dirty rooms, filthy hallways, homeless camp set up at the end of the dark parking lot. Every floor has a nasty smell. They do not allow you to use points for a free night, he canceled my reservation and made me pay with a credit card. He told me that they only get $30 if I use points. They do not have breakfast. When I first entered the building in the front desk, the smell of marijuana was unbearable. I checked in, went up to my room and the room was full of mold. I tried canceling at the front desk, but unfortunately I booked through booking.com. And now I’m dealing with booking.com for a refund, hopefully booking.com will refund me for the full amount due to an unsafe place to stay full of mold.
