When I first entered the building in the front desk, the smell of marijuana was unbearable. I checked in, went up to my room and the room was full of mold. I tried canceling at the front desk, but unfortunately I booked through booking.com. And now I’m dealing with booking.com for a refund, hopefully booking.com will refund me for the full amount due to an unsafe place to stay full of mold.

The front desk person was not very friendly. He also said that they do not normally accept reward points, even though I booked it ahead of time through the Choice Rewards points. I have never heard this before, and I have used the points a lot in the past. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but not the best. The towels were very thin.
