We got into the room and it was hot as I don't know what, air conditioner work but don't get cold like it should, TV don't work, they have a pool but it's empty, nothing was plugged in nor working when plugged in.
Not only did they not meet expectations, they failed miserably!!! The room was horrible. Dirty, carpet was wet throughout the room, moldy bathroom, air conditioning was non existent. The unit sounded as though it might blow up. Night clerk/auditor couldn't have care less. It seems I woke her up. I would strongly suggest avoiding this property regardless how tired you might be from driving. We had planned to visit Laurel the next morning but due to the horrible room conditions, we left in the middle of the night.
There was some mold in the shower. And the key card didn't work to good and the breakfast wasn't as good as it should have been.
