Service excellent nice pool clean rooms
My husband and I stayed for a night, the Hotel was very nice, clean and quiet, I love that, as being a guest those qualities mean a lot. The receptionist Jackie McKinley was kind, very knowledgeable regarding the place, KC and Karishma, were all very exceptional. Each and every time we, had a need we were met with smiles and helpfulness. I give this Hotel a 100% rating.
My stay at Quality Inn and Suites in Monroeville Al was excellent.The staff were very friendly and very helpful.It was very peaceful inside the hotel.The front lobby smelled very clean and fresh when entering it.The rooms were clean and the hotel was located in a safe and relaxing environment with a restaurant and a gas station within walking distance.Will be staying there again.
I have been really well treated by the hotel team and the owners, clean rooms and comfortable accommodation! I will return soon!
