When visiting Hattiesburg, my wife and I usually stay here thru Choice Hotel. Never have been unsatisfied like doing this stay. 1st- the TV was NOT functioning properly at all. The screen was messed up big time. Couldn't use most of the functions for remote. So we missed some games. I notified the clerk the next morning at 8am. Then again at 9am. She said someone will be up shortly. Nope. Called back at 11am. Football games comes on at 12pm. She came up and couldn't fix it. A maintenance man came back at 1pm. I had to tell h... read more
Has bed bugs!!!!!!
I have stayed in many hotels and this is by far the best hotel in town. The room was so clean the service was great and the ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous and very very helpful in every single way. I really enjoyed my stay and I give a 100 stars for this hotel.
