I wouldn’t advise anyone who looks like me to patronize here. The manager is beyond rude. She turned the lights off while my daughter and were having breakfast in the lobby.
I frequently return to this Quality Inn specifically because of Tanja at the front desk. Her customer service during the 5:00 PM shift is the primary reason I choose this hotel over others in Hattiesburg. She is consistently professional and accommodating. The upkeep and cleanliness of this hotel are impressive for this price point.
