I frequently return to this Quality Inn specifically because of Tanja at the front desk. Her customer service during the 5:00 PM shift is the primary reason I choose this hotel over others in Hattiesburg. She is consistently professional and accommodating. The upkeep and cleanliness of this hotel are impressive for this price point.
I gave this nasty place one star so that I could warn ppl not to put yourself @ risk. Way below substandard practices. Don't be fooled by the website pics. A family member warned me those were taken when the hotel 1st opened. You can tell by the photos it is the same place but it doesn't look nearly as well kept as what the photos depict. Great that there is someone nice at the front desk but nice does not equate into decency for standard practices.
