I am a businessman that travels regularly. I booked a 5 day stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln from April 26-30 using my companies Egencia travel agency but paid on my own credit card. The evening of April 28 I informed the desk clerk that I would be checking out early at 3 a.m. on April 29. The desk clerk made note in the hotel’s system. This is beyond ridiculous. I’ve been standing here for over 4 hours and not a single person has come to the front desk. Not one. So what—you just leave the door wide open and let anyone walk in like this place has no security at all? At this point it feels straight disrespectful. There are cameras everywhere, so don’t act like nobody sees me standing here trying to check in. There is no excuse for completely ignoring a paying customer like this.
