Great room, very clean ,quiet, staff was Very nice and helpful, breakfast was perfect
Location is ok. Not to loud or busy. Service....ummmm... Well.. I got in a room and pulled the top blanket back and the bigger blanket was ripped and shredded in the center and had stains all over it. When taking it to the front got questioned because I have my pups them asking "well was it your dogs" first of all my dogs can't jump on the high beds and no we just got in and started to get settled I checked beds and that's what was there. To start the front desk was rude, I asked for vending machine & he offered 2 waters that he was charging me for & never told me if there was or wasn't. The sheets on the bed fell rough and itchy, there was roaches in the room, was not informed if there was breakfast or not, nor all the the channels on the TV worked, they only had audio & no videos. Had no information on the things I asked . I will not be returning to this location specifically when its across a State Penitentiary Prison.
