To the Management of Quality Inn Des Moines Merle Hay, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and serious concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was not only substandard but potentially dangerous for my family. Primary issues that require immediate attention: 1. They're affordable and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were also very respectful of my PTSD service dog and our boundaries. The rooms aren't the greatest but they're in the process of renovating.
They closed breakfast with no notice at 9. Ridiculous!! Many people don’t get up till after then when on vacation.
great room for the price! Des Moines best kept secret! They also have smoking 🚬 rooms still for those of us whom still indulge ; ) Staff is kind and friendly I debated sharing this post 91 of these conflicts to have the business so I am sharing
