When we arrived a $100 deposit was required (in addition to the cost of the room) and this was not communicated when we made our reservation(which was made through the hotel website).
The room smells gross. Lenin didn’t made well. There is hair on the pillows and bathrooms. The housekeeping is very bad. MJ at desk helped to change the room. He handled the situation well and respectful.
Rooms are very well kept but they really need to replace that luggage cart as well as at least a second one. Breakfast is decent. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, as well as usual waffles etc. They do need to leave more in a cup of foam coffee cups in the room. No water glasses at all. But at least the refrigerator has a freezer compartment unlike too many other locations that do not.
It was clean and empty. Good budget place to stay.
