Fantastic value for the money. Super courteous and attentive staff.
Upon checking in the staff advised me I needed to place a card on file that would have a charge of $100 pending for incidentals, that is normal and I understand. She then proceeded to run my card for $545 and then I’m told she has no way to correct it. The team at this Quality Inn & Suites went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful. My 24-year-old daughter and her friend were on a road trip and running very late, in desperate need of a safe and welcoming place to stay on short notice.
