I have spoke with the manager regarding the house keeping..my husband and I had to do all the housekeeping such as taking out trash and requesting towels..I suggested they post the house keeping rules so people do not assume what the rules are..the room was nice and s fair price for what we got..they were nice enought to discount the room because the fridge did not work.

Hotel is closed for remodeling and is under new management. You check-in here and you're sent across the street to the Ramada, also same new management as the Quality Inn and is also undergoing remodeling. Lobby area at Ramada is beautiful, clean new and modern. Roomservice needs training or terminated. Toilet was dirty, toilet seat broke, hair on and in sink, and soap remains on bathtub in corner. NOT RECOMENDED TO STAY, DURING THIS TIME HEATING IS NOT WORKING, I CALLED THE MANAGEMENT TO COME TO MY ROOM TO VERIFY THEY CAME AND SAID IT WAS WORKING BUT IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL,,, THE ENTIRE QUALITY INN , IT WAS FREEZING 🥶🥶 , TOWELS SUPER SMALL, NO ICE, COMPUTER WITHOUT MOUSE ,, ADVERTISED WITH BREAKFAST AND GUESS WHAT,THEY DIDN'T SERVE NOTHING + THE PHONE TO REPORT DIDN'T WORK,,NOW I RENTED ANOTHER, HOTEL HERE IN ALBERT LEA ,SUPPER GOOD HEATING
