Very rude and bad behaving staff specially the guy with always mask on he is very rude and try to misbehave with my wife don’t recommend any one to come and stay in this garbage hotel this is not a hotel its a scam worst hotel experience of my life don’t ask me about the room service its pathetic
When we called to book, they charged us for a suite with two queen beds and a kitchen and living room with a pull out bed, when we check in they gave us a standard room with two double beds. We were promised a suite which is what we were charged for, the manager is refusing to give us our refund and will not cancel our room so we can find another hotel.
Booked in but then changed plans. Hotel still charged my card for full stay. And no response from management at all. Don't book unless you are 100% sure of your plans. These guys will charge you even though you cancelled legitimately.
