Recommendedbetter than average motel, kinda outside of the Sterling proper, so no easy access to food or drinks, but a quite place to sleep.
bed is super comfortable. very modern and updated. well worth the money. breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel
Cancelled my reservation 7 days before our stay and they are denying my refund. Credit card is disputing the charge. They’ve since blocked my number as well over a $99.01 room charge.
3 stars ⭐ Not one of my favorite places to stay... just right off the highway and we got a group discount for staying here for a family reunion. I heard the pool was nice and the kids liked it. The lobby area was decorated nicely, but the rooms were in serious need of renovation. The carpet was old and walls smelled heavily of smoke. (Not sure if I ended up with some sort of throat virus because of it or I was already developing it on the drive over). Elevator was broken and we weren't told until we brought all of our luggage in. Sheets were dirt with hair and crumbs all over them. Room had severe water damage from ceiling down the wall. Only offered a different room on a higher floor with no elevator. Concierge did change the sheets.
