Checked in at 3 pm. No electricity. Told working problem. Left & returned at 7 pm. Still no electricity. Require 24/7 oxygen which needs electricity! Still no electricity at 8 pm. Told clerk we would have to leave & expected refund on room. Was told have to pass on to management. Said we would no longer use this hotel. Never received any consideration for not being able to stay.
Great stay, rooms clean, staff friendly, location perfect!!
