This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The mattress was completely unacceptable. It had no firmness at all and sank deeply under my body, especially around the hips/butt area. There was zero support, resulting in extremely poor and uncomfortable sleep. A worn-out, collapsing mattress like this should never be used in a hotel. Customer service was shockingly bad. Perfect to get a good night's rest, and close to the airport for those early morning flights and late arrivals. They also allow parking through "Way" app.

My stay at Quality Inn was decent overall. The room was okay and the restrooms were somewhat maintained. The hot breakfast was average but had a good variety — coffee, eggs, frozen yogurt, cereals, and a mini‑pancake machine you can use yourself. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurant options nearby and quick access to the I‑4 freeway. However, the bathroom experience wasn’t ideal.
