Stayed here over the weekend and had no real complaints. Place was clean, check in was easy, and the staff was real nice.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. The guy at the front desk was nice enough but the company policy of only 4 people per room is ridiculous.just one more example of how companies make policies that are not family friendly. As a result, three of us had to sleep in the car.

Its an economical place. Clean rooms. However we were super excited to find that they had level 2 ev chargers.. we plugged in at night and had a full charge next morning. Also a pretty full breakfast. Would come back.

If you have a choice, do not go to the Quality Inn in Schenectady! There’s a very bad smell in the worn old halls when you enter. Our room on the first floor was freezing cold when we walked in - the split AC unit was set at an uncomfortable 65 degrees. Inside the room we found paint peeling off the walls and veneer stripped off the furniture and doors. There is no elevator in the property even though half the rooms are on the second floor. This appalling room was not worth the $200/night price.
