Not pleasant. I am sleeping and leaving. The first room I was given smelled like wet dog. The second, while not as smelly, still ride hard and not well kept. It was cheap, so I can do it for 1 night. Never coming back.
My wife and I have stayed at this location quite a bit. This is our first choice of hotels in this area. The location is close to pretty much anything you could need. The rooms are always very clean. The staff is amazing, always extremely friendly, and willing to help with anything asked of them. Great job to the staff at Quality Inn Richmond Airport!!!
The rooms were nice though the beds were a bit small (bigger guy). There was a problem with the breakfast area so it was a bagged breakfast which was thoughtful but will have to go again once it's repaired
Home away from home. Clean , on spot and great costumers service!
