Very poor customer service. Made a reservation through Expedia, easy process. Arrived and approached the checking where I presented my ID and a credit card. The woman at the counter, Kate, was rude and not welcoming at all. She looked at my ID and proceeded to tell me I was a local and in order for me to check in I had to put down a $500 dollar deposit in CASH.
