I had higher expectations going in, but unfortunately, this experience fell short. While there were a few redeeming qualities-like, clean spacious rooms, coffee in my room, they were overshadowed by poor customer relations, poor water pressure, and most importantly, a card key accessed side entrance door that is completely missing the locking mechanism and does not lock. This makes for poor security, making the hotel accessible to anyone. I choose the Hampton inn Rawlins by Hilton in this town expecting much better security ... read more
Super clean and friendly staff!
The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, I enjoyed the pool, then wen’t to the workout room the next, and had a delicious Hampton Inn breakfast, the hotel is in a good location, and the staff was friendly
Standard hilton experience, room was spacious and clean, hotel staff was helpful walmart was right down the road. I believe the local Airport is also down the road as well maybe a 4 minute drive from down town.
