I’ll start by saying I have never once left a negative review.. I occasionally have work projects in the area and twice now, I’ve had extremely unpleasant exchanges with the front desk guy named Tony. He is unfriendly to say the least and acts as if your check in is a nuisance. I’ve never met someone in my life with such bad customer service skills. I've been stuck here for the past 5 days due to a breakdown. It seems this location is in the middle of a remodel. My room was ok. Best part of the room is definitely the shower. As I notice other areas, I can see there's not alot of attention to detail.

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location—it’s directly across the street from the hot springs, which is convenient. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The condition of the room was honestly disgusting. The shower clearly had not been cleaned—there was visible grime and buildup that made it feel unsanitary to even use.
