Time capsule from the 70s despite being new or remodeled. Bathroom door looked like someone had taken a hammer to it. No soap or shampoo in bathroom or place to hold said soap or shampoo. Everywhere reeked of stale cigarettes and dog poop. AC didn't work nor heater. Could hear every footstep from upstairs neighbors. Breakfast was.... Depressing. Coffee and yogurt was all that was available that wasn't as hard as a rock.
Like the rest of the reviews say, it's in the middle of a remodel and very rough. Our room looked finished, but the shower didn't work (really bad when you want to get the sulfur off from the springs). The hotel pool is closed. Coffee pot also didn't work, the common areas are all torn apart, and the breakfast was pretty lacking. Would have been ok at $50 a night (if the shower worked) but $200 is insane. Absolutely avoid this one.

I was told they would deduct $75 from my deposit for the room, and I left everything in order in the room, but they never returned my money!!! 😡
The lady at the from desk who has been there for 14 years needs to stop lying! She told everyone who came in around 1 to check in that none of our rooms were ready and were still being cleaned. They would be ready at 230. I walked around and there were no rooms being cleaned, no hotel cleaning staff anywhere. She could have honestly said sorry but I’m not checking anyone in until 239. Why lie? On Christmas Day! Room was filthy and dog crap all over the property. What a shame
