To the appropriate attention, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Quality Inn Suite. During my stay, I encountered numerous issues that significantly compromised my experience. The room was infested with roaches and had dirty baseboards. It also contained a non-functional microwave plate, a sink that emitted an incessant noise, and an air/heat unit covered in water spots. Great place u stay whenever I am in Raleigh
Very dissatisfied
I stayed here recently and found the room to be perfectly fine—while you can see some signs of age in the interior, it’s absolutely great value for the price. What really stood out, though, was the service. I had a small request during my stay, and the team at the front desk went above and beyond. Both gentlemen were incredibly friendly and helped me tremendously. That kind of customer care makes all the difference. THANKS to both of them again. Would definitely come back. Convenient location, too!
The hotel experience is about what you expect or what you pay for, it is better than some random motel but we had three things that we didn't expect - advertised as a non-smoking hotel, and we booked what was titled as a non-smoking king bed, just to walk into the room full of smoking smell. I understand that they have no control of someone does that but they should do a more thorough cleaning and charge people who break the rules heavily, but appears they don't care too much because this room was given to us.
