Staff is really nice and deserve better. If you like being woken up by the sound of construction at 8am stay here, drilling, hammering on your walls, trucks backing up, they have it all.
Horrible experience, hotel under construction, no lobby, no windows just a plastic covering the hole and because of that super noisy, it shouldn't be allowed to accept reservations during contractions, 7am banging, drilling over the ceiling. Workers using the elevator to bring toilets down dripping dirty water and left the elevator smelly horrible. Worst experience in my life..... The only thing was the staff apologizing all the time for the 10000 inconvenience of the place.

There was looked to be human feces on the floor directly in front of the toilet of 224. Blended in with the color of the wood. Didn't notice till the second morning before my flight and likely walked on it multiple times using the bathroom and showering.Odd smell as well upon entering. Feet had black runoff in the shower after walking barefoot on the wooden flooring. Very poorly cleaned even if recently renovated up to basic standards.
Honestly where do I start. I don't write reviews but THIS WAS NEEDED. We were looking forward to having a pool instead of going to a water park so we looked for hotels with pools and saw this one. We didn't even get to check reviews, that was our fault. As soon as we checked in, the place was already smelling, looked old, and dirty. Our room was on the second floor so we took the elevator.
