Had an issue checking in with my service dog. First off the door to get in the hotel is not easy and handicap parking is right around the corner where your car/van would be sticking out and get hit if a person drove through. The door was heavy and on a ramp so it makes trying to open the door and roll in very difficult. Also the only ramp into the hotel is right where its one lane for cars to drive around and there is no way you can see a car coming around the corner so it would be easy for you to get hit.
