Stayed here due to Ameren power outage and indicating that I wouldn’t have services until 6/14. Their king bed was lumpy all over. Pillows were folded little square shapes, and rooms smelled dank.
Bad service. Very seedy hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.
The only hotel in America to stop breakfast on the weekend early. I would’ve just stayed at the Travelodge for cheaper if I knew I couldn’t get breakfast. I found a used Drinking straw underneath my Bedsheets in room 223. Holiday Inn would never do me like this.
Service was great! They provided me with the room type I booked with no issues. The room was clean. I don't comment about silly details like caulking, small pillows, or outdated furniture. At the price, the room was perfect with interior and exterior access for my room. Parking was right beside door. Ice machine worked. There was a desk to step up my laptop and work. I arrived at this location and entered the front lobby to check in. The women and man, who seems to be husband and wife, where at the desk. The wife was checking in a customer while I approached the male at the counter to check in myself. He starts the process and then gave a dissatisfied look to me and said "I will only honor this, this time, next time I will not".
