Our key slide battery stopped working because the battery ran down , so they told us to just leave the room ajar when we left or else get someone to let us in !! Wait ..... what ? Very unprofessional and unsafe !!! They should have fixed the problem or put us in a working room. The tile was loose in places, the hairdryer didn't work, and the door on the bathroom didn't completely shut . Not good for what we had to pay.........
Good experience, was very clean and neat. Calm, smooth atmosphere. Nice In door pool.
We stayed here and had ended up switching between three rooms, first room shower didn't even work, second room air conditioner didn't work and the window was holding on for dear life. Third room was dirty but we dealt with it because our 4 year old was OVER IT. Anyways the pool was hilariously tiny and it is not heated so don't think that the "heated pool" will be warm haha, no towels in the pool room ok whatever. NASTY NASTY NASTY ROACHES EVERYWHERE the first room we were put in the beds were flipped and the room was trashed second room reeked of cigarettes and the last room as soon as we walked in there were about 50 roaches running for their lives amd crawling all over the air conditioner. Stay away from this disgusting place. Customer service was terrible got my refund and went down the road to Springhill suits way cleaner way nicer 120% better don't stay here
