Good: they gave me a room without a reservation. Staff were nice. Bad: both mornings when I woke up there was no hot water (it got lukewarm-- too cold to shower in). The first morning I called in to the desk. When I went out to eat breakfast, I was told that "he turned on the boiler." Now why this hotel wouldn't have a boiler on when they had guests is beyond me. Great option in Macomb if you are visiting the WIU campus. Rooms are clean, parking was easy and breakfast included.
Room was worn out, the chair was dirty and needed replaced. For the price it should have been nicer
