I don't have any complaints, besides that they're skimpy with the water pressure on the shower.

I just checked in. When I opened the bathroom door, I saw a big cockroach — I had to kill it and throw it in the trash. The condition of the shower looks bad

For $100, I should’ve expected what I received. Staff was great, no questions about that. However, the room? Cockroaches in the bathroom, tub wouldn’t drain, got switched to another room down the hall. A/c wouldn’t work and cool the room. This was definitely not quality. Very disappointed in this stay. I wish I could get refunded for my stay because I basically didn’t sleep because I was worried there were more cockroaches. Shower heads in the bathroom were old and looked to be from the 1960s. Checked in and went to the room and opened the door to a blaring tv, sheets everywhere, and three people in bed in the dark and one said, “you got the wrong room” and was getting out of bed when i let the door close and sprinted down the stairs. Demanded a refund after man at front desk suggested he could give me another room.
