Staffs were not that friendly, stayed on the first floor but when it rain the window corner immediately flooded, I informed front desk and told me they're fully booked and no room available, instead a maintenance guy came to my room just to vacuum the carpet, secondly the TV has no remote control informed the front desk, I'd got the remote the next day ,3rd the telephone kept ringing every minute and tried answering it and no one on the line , informed front desk and replied that their phone kept ringing on their behalf too.... read more
Room is plenty adequate if not nice for the most part. It's good for being clean and quiet. The only thing that comes across as being janky is that somebody in charge was convinced that painting over the tub and tiles in the bathroom was a good idea. The porous nature of that paint makes me question how clean that is.
Good night, I only stayed one night but the service and the hotel were excellent.
I rank this one last on the last 2 locations I've stayed. Service was great room is okay could of been bet. It smells like poop in the hallway by the pool entrance. Only downside is location is off by a highway so gotta walk way more then the other locations.
Over the last year I've spent thousands of dollars on rooms at this location. I accidentally booked the wrong date thru a 3rd party and needed front desk to print a cancelation so I could forward it to the third party for a credit and front desk refused. So now I'm without power at my house and out $70 on a room. This place will never get another dime from me
