At check in staff was very dry with negative tone. One of three rooms had a leak. When staff notified, comment made by staff “Well this isn’t a 5 star hotel” Holes in curtains ,wobbly broken bed, no house keeping over the weekend had to ask front desk for clean linen and take out our own trash. Lots of plumbing issues. Shower feels like fire hose stings when spraying.

Didn't stay changed up price from website wanted over $750 to stay 4 days ...left woman was rude as hell... Went back to your site should here what website showing nothing resolved...

Room was large and clean except the bathroom there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The highway was noisy next to motel. When we went to leave at the end if our stay our cehicles were vandelized in the night sometime and although they have cameras everywhere and a host 24 hours no one seen the vandelism happening. Lastly they double charged my card and it took several days to get I our money refunded

Let me start with the best of this hotel. I have been loyal to the choice IHG hotels chains as long as I can remember. Ihey were hotel chain for my family growing up as we went on vacations every summer. Following the legacy that this hotel has in my family, the staff was amazing! Wonderful people to help with all your questions and concerns. The room, although a bit outdated, was also clean and very comfortable. We had a rocky start to our stay because of a rude guest in the room next to ours, but Cat at the front desk saved the day and placed us in a better room. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!!
