This hotel staff manager is extremely rude. Accidentally booked this room in the wrong town. When i got there the hotel looked empty abandoned and dirty. They require a $100 deposit not listed on the 3rd party website. The night staff said she cancelled the boooking and sent me a confirmation email. But the manager got irrate when i spoke to them the next morning and wouldnt approve my cancellation even though i never checked in.

Took a while to get checked in finally got checked in went to the room flipped the sheets on the bed found a bedbug.

Gary was the rudest, most unhelpful person ever! Terrible customer service! I am the top tier member. Choice tried to call this hotel numerous times to tell them to allow me to check in. I've been driving over 14 hours and need to sleep, I have another 10 hours to go. I finally had to show up to reach someone about checking in early. The very unhelpful RUDE person "Gary" if that's even his name, stated I would have to pay a early check in fee and still be out at normal check out in four hours!!
