Room was large and clean except the bathroom there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The highway was noisy next to motel. When we went to leave at the end if our stay our cehicles were vandelized in the night sometime and although they have cameras everywhere and a host 24 hours no one seen the vandelism happening. Lastly they double charged my card and it took several days to get I our money refunded
Let me start with the best of this hotel. I have been loyal to the choice IHG hotels chains as long as I can remember. Ihey were hotel chain for my family growing up as we went on vacations every summer. Following the legacy that this hotel has in my family, the staff was amazing! Wonderful people to help with all your questions and concerns. The room, although a bit outdated, was also clean and very comfortable. We had a rocky start to our stay because of a rude guest in the room next to ours, but Cat at the front desk saved the day and placed us in a better room. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!!
Candis at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean and as expected, bathroom and pool area are worn but clean
This was the absolute worst room my wife and I have ever rented! Peeled up carpet, mold around the bathtub, bugs running up the wall. Bathroom door would not shut and latch. We did not even use the shower because of the filth. The room had a stench of mold. We were also uncomfortable with the homeless population hanging out in the front entryway coming in and out, no shoes, grabbing food from the breakfast area they were stuffing their bags with free food.
