The Quality Inn in Greenville was okay but average compared to other locations we’ve stayed at. The rooms were clean and decent but felt a bit old with low lighting. It was also less lively in public areas. As students, we liked the price, but we’ve had better stays elsewhere.
We originally had reservations elsewhere however due to an issue, we came here looking to stay for 1 night. The receptionist was nice, quick, and friendly. The prices were reasonable especially with the full hot breakfast bar that was provided. Our room was clean, didn’t smell, and we felt safe. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend staying here. The entire night there were people in the parking lot yelling, slamming doors, and being extremely loud. I called the front desk multiple times, and while security did come out a few times (around 2 a.m. and 3 a.m.), the noise continued until past 4 a.m. I told the front desk I would need to contact local authorities to be able to get sleep, but they urged me not to and said they would handle it.
