The staff no issues but OMG whoever is in charge of cleaning the absolute disgusting in that place you lay under the covers you feel like you were laying in Greece no joke unfortunately we were there a couple days until we were getting things settled with a new place, so yeah, don’t recommend it. The place smells like absolute garbage it. I can’t even describe it properly yet. I recommend never walking barefoot on their carpet because you feel like you were sinking into cat litter, your socks will be absolutely beyond disgus... read more

Staff is top notch hotel is a tad older but super clean.... management is next level awesome only downfall is traffic on 49 can be challenging depending on the time of day!

i booked this place cuz it had a good rating on google, but this makes me never wanna trust it again. first off i wanna say the staff were great and i don’t have any complaints about them. i left my phone charger on accident and they shipped it back to me. they were very nice and are probably just making the best of a bad situation. they’re the only reason this isn’t a 1 star. i’ve stayed in some bad places but this was definitely the worst. the room itself is mostly fine. definitely in need of renovation cuz lots of the met... read more

Bed very comfortable with nice linens. Towels large and plush. Love that this hotel is pet friendly. However, noticed my socks were dirty just from walking in room. Wiped carpet with washcloth and found out why. Room also feels damp. Do not want to know where those stains on sofa came from:(. Room DOES NOT look like photos on website.
