Had to go without a TV for my entire stay here which was 2 days because it didn't work, informed front desk about it, nothing was done and to make matters worse was offer a refund but instead of getting it, they charged my card again instead, straight robbery ! Highly upset Will not be coming back here again!!!!

The room was unsatisfactory. The floor near bathroom was slippery with whatever was on tile and fell, plus my white socks were very dirty after. The room wasn't as clean as many stays before. The shower had to be rinsed out before getting in..totally unusual as many stays before. I did however report the issue at checkout and no one has yet responded back. First of all, I would give it a minus 100 stars.I been here for 5 days and still haven't had room service. The pool is a 🤢 algie green. The breakfast serves water instead of being coffee. waffle maker doesn't work the bread is been out these for weeks it's all stiff and turning green the never refill any eggs or potatoes which doesn't have no favor they have stoves but need special pans cause they are induction they want for you to pay an extra 5 dollars per day if you used their pan.
