I booked online Great guest services at the reception desk Unfortunately I did not get a first floor room And after I packed all my stuff up the stairs to the room The TV did not work I contacted the front desk They told me to come on downstairs and they give me a new room She then told me that the TVs in that area of the hotel were not working So she then gave me a first floor room in the adjacent hotel known as suburban studios A beautifully large room with a nice chair. I swear I will never go there again..price reasonable but you pay what you get...carpet dirty ..smells bad... bathroom messy and water leak from walls ..never again don't recommend ...plus slow customer service
Don’t stay here. Clock doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work, television doesn’t work, no cream or sugar or star sticks for the coffee pot, only two pods for the coffee maker, no decaf, only one each of shampoo and conditioner, hot water was good air-conditioner was good. Bed was comfortable. My sister stayed next-door and she had exactly the same issues… While we were checking in, another lady was complaining about her room with the same issues… We thought it was an isolated incident but it was not.
Stayed here one night... no TV and horrible beds in the first room... went to eat and play at the casino and came back and still no TV like the front clerk advised me... we were given another room it had TV and a few better beds... Price was the only thing good about this place...
