My husband surprised me for a spur of a moment trip to see the blue bonnents in April. We were advised to book at the Quality Inn by a local and I am very pleased that we did. I would love to go back and stay longer at the hotel. I have stayed in multiple hotels (15) since last August, and so far it has been my favorite. From the front desk to Kristen at the breakfast bar, the customer service was stellar. The towels were thick and fluffy, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable.
Room 230 was very disappointing. There was visible mold in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. The smell was unpleasant and the overall cleanliness did not meet basic expectations. A room should feel clean and safe, and unfortunately this was not the case. I hope this issue is addressed quickly so future guests do not experience the same problem.
