This is by far the WORST place I have ever stayed in. Honestly, it shouldn’t even be called a “hotel” — it’s more like a run-down, dirty, cheap motel. The elevator doesn’t work, the pool is disgusting and filthy, and everything around looks horrible and unsafe. The bathrooms don’t function properly — the toilet water doesn’t even go down. This hotel is going through a change of management. Not a 2.5 but a 2 or less in my opinion. The building is old. The rooms are also old and need to be renewed. Peeled paint, dirty lamps, stained linens, musky smell. Dirty floors. Pool closed. The only thing good was that our bed was comfortable and that it is close to the Riverwalk. Front desk personnel was friendly. Breakfast was super basic. Went to McDonald's instead.

Extremely bad hotel. Please don't book this hotel. I have been trying to reach out to the hotel, which promised a full refund due to the inconvenience and early checkout due to the issues at the hotel. No full refund was processed and Nobody is picking up the phone at the hotel front desk. I have been trying to reach out to them for more than a week now.

I highly recommend that you not stay here. Run down, cable only has 1 station, hope you like NBC. Normally Choice Hotels are usually decent. But this one must be one of the step children. Toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. Which could result in an injury no one expects that. Thank God we only have to endure one night. Remember if the price is too good to be true. Keep scrolling. Thank me later.
