During the night, there were four false fire alarms, which made it impossible to sleep. Guests were frightened and confused, and at one point there was no visible staff at reception. After experiencing a tornado warning earlier in the night, this created a very stressful and unsafe feeling. The electricity went out, and there was no backup generator to provide power to guests. The hotel claimed that breakfast was included, yet none was provided. To make matters worse, the fire alarm kept going off all night for no reason, so we were unable to sleep. Even with these problems, the hotel refused to issue a refund.
