It really is possible for one person to change the world!! I’m at the Quality Inn, in Detroit, Michigan. I am touched by the charity I was just shown downstairs. The front desk attendant, Kia, applied a generous discount towards my bill (it gets better)…AND she gave me a bag of clothing that she was planning to donate to Good Will. 🥹 I feel like a princess…..🦋 She built up MAD Karma points today, wouldn’t you agree?!
Do NOT recommend. Room stank like smoke. Carpet so dirty it felt sticky to walk on. Paint flaking off the ceiling. Honestly worst motel room I've ever seen. Left after one night.
The room was almost $180 per night. And we checked in and got to our room and it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke in the room. There were odd colored stains on the white comforters. There is no way I would have felt comfortable sleeping in the beds. I decided to check out and found another hotel. I asked for a partial refund just on the fact that the cigarette smell smoke gave me a headache and I couldn't be in the room anymore and the receptionist said I had a no cancelation policy and she would have to get with her boss... read more
A FULL Size BED, read that again, Full size bed. Some seedy characters around, but the room was clean, centrally located and reasonably priced. Free breakfast.
