No "quality" at this Quality Inn. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and they are the only reason this review is not one star. The complimentary breakfast was lacking and gross. The coffee tasted as if a gallon of water was poured over one coffee bean. My family loves sausage, but not even they were interested in these. Property is outdated and needs major renovation. Problems with drains in shower and sink. Room was far from ice machine and lobby. Apparently they were trying to compress guests in small area. Understand that but room should have been near handicap parking or platinum member parking. Breakfast was a joke. No bread or pastry. No eggs just greasy sausages every day. Worst hotel i have ever been in. Old, outdated, needs repairs. Room was a out as far from lobby and ice machine as you can get. Housekeeper marginal at best. Only salvation for not giving a one rating was the employee who checked us in. I believe her name was Jane. We previously stayed at the plantation but that no longer takes reward points. Will definitely find another place to stay even if it is not a choice hotel.
