Bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.
I'll start with the positives. The room was clean with a very handy fridge and microwave. The negatives. There was a homeless man lurking right by the door when I arrived. As a woman traveling alone, not a good start. The doors aren't locked at night and no security. Next, there were about 20 teenagers staying there running the halls wreaking havoc well past 11pm. It's a good hotel, but this chain is now providing only half-sized pillows—which bothers me when I'm trying to sleep. This cuts costs, but anyone trying to sleep needs a proper, decent pillow—not a flimsy one. These hotel owners think only of profit, not of the well-being of the people actually staying there.
