I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They made the entire process quick and easy while ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Anh was excellent and had a great sense of humor. As well as the ither ladies who worked with him on July 15th. We also had dinner at Croffles which was awesome and breakfast. All around Thankyou so much
I found a deal online and thought I would get out of town for a couple of days. I called the front desk and asked if they took cash deposits and they said it was $300 cash. So I paid online ahead of time. I got to the Hotel a few days later and the guy working said they don’t take cash deposits. He asked me what number I called and I told him and he said it wasn’t the right number. I called that number back and it was the right number. Very bad service just hate it
NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND NOT BUSINESS TRAVEL FRIENDLY. DON'T STAY HERE. RED DEER HAS PLENTY OF DECENT HOTELS Staff seem to genuinely hate their jobs and are eager to share their misery. Our room had mouse poop behind the TV, part of a condom wrapper behind the night stand. If only there had been a crack pipe, we would've won dove hotel bingo. Front desk mostly unmanned. My 11 year old asked for an extra blanket and was told to go away. A/C didn't work room was sitting at 25 degrees and staff said it was working fine... read more
