Absolutely horrible been fighting about a refund as both rooms smelled of mildew as would not cool the rooms down one rooms sheets were dirty w pee in toilet and the other room had black public hair on toilet seat blood dried on toilet and black hair in bathtub when I went to bathe my baby!! Asked front desk 3 times for a crib then had to carry it by myself to the back and up the stairs while holding my one yr old on my hip at nearly 1030 at night!!!! We had to even kill spiders in our hotel room one was almost on my baby!!!

The pool wasn't open. There was no breakfast to talk about. The coffee was cold at 7am and tasted like decaf instant coffee. The girl at the front desk wouldn't leave get chair to do anything. Said there was no toilet paper. Then she decided to look around for some. Gave us 1 roll with 2 women and 1 young girl in the room. Just unreal. Only had 1 towel in the room to bathe with. Asked for more, was told there were none at 10am on check out day. Made it extremely hard to take showers.
