Unfortunately, I can’t post the video I took, but I wanted to share my experience. After complaining about the air conditioner leaking inside our first room, we were moved to another room that smelled like smoke, even though we had paid for a non-smoking room. We were eventually moved again, but the condition of that room was unbelievable. The room was filthy. We asked if someone could at least clean the floors, take out the trash, and change the sheets, but we were told they don’t provide room service until after the third ... read more

Front desk staff awesome..young lady was vary helpful .but breakfast is sub par for a weekend in late June 2026 concert weekend in town,fully booked everywhere.we were put in a room that shurly shouldn't been rented..at all air unit was nothing but a rattle trap.vary little cool air ,hole in bath room at toilet supply pipe found it filled in up with toilet paper .the smell was bad in room ..needs a new carpet.. mattresses both were stained. When you lift up the bedding horrible..I can only speak for that one room.had to ask ... read more
