Front desk staff awesome..young lady was vary helpful .but breakfast is sub par for a weekend in late June 2026 concert weekend in town,fully booked everywhere.we were put in a room that shurly shouldn't been rented..at all air unit was nothing but a rattle trap.vary little cool air ,hole in bath room at toilet supply pipe found it filled in up with toilet paper .the smell was bad in room ..needs a new carpet.. mattresses both were stained. The only positives about this hotel were the friendly, helpful staff and the convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby, it's about 20 minutes from Clemson Stadium, and the room included a mini fridge, microwave, and free parking. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The hotel is very run down, dirty, and poorly maintained. My experience was the worst ever, When a friend and I arrived I learned that I had forgotten my wallet with id in it, So the young lady tells me that is no big deal she says just go outside and get the friend that you have with you he doesn't have to get out and. bring his ID in okay I done that let me remind you my friend never got out of the truck electronically signed never received a receipt but it has on cameras where I paid with cash on the deposits which was $100.80 on my debit card and now they're telling me I can't ... read more
