Nice Looking Rooms, but Overwhelming Smell At first glance, the rooms here actually look nice and well-kept, which gave me hope for a good stay. Unfortunately, the appearance is where the positives end. The smell of mold and urine is strong and persistent throughout the property, and with no real ventilation, it lingers and makes the room uncomfortable to be in. I am at this inn right now and the noise over head has been horrible since about 4am. Absolutely unacceptable. Please stay anywhere except here. I complained to the desk clerk and she said it was maintenance. It sounds like a gymnastics class overhead. So sad. A bad ending to a good weekend.

Oh my gosh! I have been awake for hours. The noise over head is horrible. I complained to the desk clerk and she said it was maintenance men. The noise awoke me about 4am. I definitely would not ever stay here again!

Hallways needed to be vacuumed, our room smelled bad, toilet was loose & was very loud when flushed. Will not stay here again.

This hotel is filthy. Our room 102 had not been cleaned prior to Our arrival. The sheets were dirty from the last guest. Dirty floors. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned in months. Lots of thick dust and visible grime on literally every surface. And the smell is overwhelmingly strong Fragrance.  Definitely not worth $160. I had to wipe it down with Clorox wipes just to get us through the night…we left immediately in the morning. I wouldn’t trust the breakfast after seeing how filthy the rooms are. I had the worst and most horrible experience with Quality Inn Wenatchee. I would never recommend staying here — even if it’s your only option. It will completely ruin your vacation. The service was terrible, and the rooms were filled with an unbearable smell. When I asked for a better room, they didn’t bother to fix the problem — they simply offered me a room freshener. We were on our anniversary and the comfort inn was recommended by someone we're close to. When we arrived the elevator was broken and we were on the second floor. We're in our 70's plus I had one arm in a sling. The lady at the desk did help us take our stuff upstairs. That night we killed a roach. We didn't have a phone in the room so we couldn't report it and I was not walking back down stairs. The next morning we killed another roach. On the way out to eat we reported it to front desk.
