This has been the worst hotel reservation experience I have ever had. I booked this hotel well over a month in advance and canceled the reservation within just one hour of booking. Despite the immediate cancellation, I was charged the full amount and received absolutely no refund. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable, and it reflects extremely poor customer service. (Itinerary #73247832216245)
This scammed me out of the deposited claiming that I damaged them but after going back and forth they said that there was stain saying that it was a pee, but in fact it was just a bit of juice spell on the sheet that they scammed me out of 100 dollars . Guys stay away from this hotel too many better hotels in the area.
