Everything is good at this place except morning breakfast refills, and indoor water bottle prices in pantry, still 3 stars is because of the fire alarm in the morning for more than 10min with fire engines at place. Customer service is exceptionally good.
After some delay in reimbursing the deposit, everything is in place, so my five stars well deserved.
Great place to stay outside of Boston. Had a great room. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
Spent one night 8 days ago, they took a 100 USD deposit, phoned them 2 days ago, they promised reinbursement should be available, It hasn't hit my account yet, still waiting. Note: the hotel answer (below) did not ask for my reservation number or more info to track my complain. They never asked me for this issue, directly of thru Booking. No money as of today, hotel did nothing. Hotel did never report any damage in the room to justify the deposit retention.
