Beware of your personal belongings! The hotel was clean and the front staff was nice which I would give them a 4 star rating. The reason I only gave them a one is, I had a pair of prescription reading glass that was taken from my room. There is NO safe in the room to put your personal effects in. I took my laptop and IPAD with me when I left my room to spend the day in Salem. Unfortunately I left my glasses in the room and when I got back they were gone. This is our first trip to Boston. We rented a car from Budget and finally found our hotel later at night. The room was clean and spacious. The king bed was amazing. We slept over 10 hrs our first night. My only complaint was the house brand coffee ☕️ both at breakfast and in the room. They should get mini Kureig's with decent quality coffee. The house coffee was terrible. Thank God we found a Starbucks.

The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was quiet as well which I thought surely it wouldn’t be with being so close to the city but I was pleasantly surprised but how nice everything was. I would definitely recommend
