Excellent service, easy last minute check in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Very polite and efficient employees. Highly recommend.
Unusable Wifi in the big ‘26 🥀🥀
We called around 9:30 pm to ask if there was a room available if we reach at 1:00 am to which they said yes. When we got there, there was no body at the front desk. We stood there for more than 25 minutes, rang the bell multiple times, called them but nobody came. I understand we didn’t have the booking and they might be sold out but, first, they said they had vacancy on call and second even of the rooms were sold out somebody should at least be there at the front to answer.
The Quality Inn in Blackwell is my go to destination when traveling through this area. The location is convenient and close to restaurants, convenience stores and is situated right off of I-35. The rooms are clean and well maintained and they have an outstanding breakfast in the morning. All staff members I have dealt with are very friendly and professional.
