1st off the desk clerk is rude as hell ..lobby nasty ..website said $77 a night i got charged 116...got to the room my son in law had to lock the windows to the parking lot from my room because it wasn't nor couldn't lock .... My husband and I usually stay here when he's in town because right now we live w/ one our daughters and her family. I live in Batesville and we just had an ice storm while we were staying here. The power was knocked out so of course the room was freezing. I was already sick when I checked us in . NOT 1 TIME did anyone check to see if they could do anything for ANY of the guest ! My experience started with a phone call by booking the room. It was a very painful process. The woman repeated herself several times on different promotions and pricing. She added both of our names to the reservation and took a credit card over the phone. Upon arriving at the hotel, I waited approximately eight minutes before someone attended to me. The guy who attended us wasn't very welcoming. As a matter of fact he acted like he was doing us a favor to speak to us.
Very old inside stayed 1 night while traveling some bugs in the bathroom the room had a musty oder beds were in need of replacing . Probably won't stop here again
