My Stay at this Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The Staff were incredible, friendly, welcoming and always with a smile. Check in was quick and easy, I immediately felt like a valued guest. The room was spotless, spacious , and beautifully maintained. I had the Pool view and it was nice. I booked a week here (July 10–17) for my fiancée, a resident physician working overnight hospital shifts, so she could sleep during the day. She told the front desk this directly at check-in and kept the Do Not Disturb card on her door every single day, and housekeeping STILL knocked and woke her up repeatedly all week. The entire reason I paid for this hotel was daytime sleep, and they couldn’t respect a Do Not Disturb card even after being asked in person. Checkout day was the worst. I do not normally complain but this was a bad overall experience. The young lady at check-in was very friendly. The first room she put me in smelled stale and smoky. The bathtub hardware was hanging loosely and the tub looked used. Not clean! The second room didn't smell but I immediately saw a bug running across the wall. This shower was hairy- long & short hair!!!! Disgusting!
