Stayed for one night. I read some scary sounding reviews after I had already paid. But didn’t really get that experience. I mean were there some hairs left in the bathtub I didn’t use? Yes. Were people microwaving gross smelling food in their rooms and was the smell leaking into the hallway? Yes. You get what you pay for. You can’t really be too upset. They will answer the phone put you on hold then never take you off, then once you call back they just won’t answer at all
We booked the jetted tub room for 2 nights 3 days well 2 and a half . EXCELLENT , tub was clean room was clean . Had a slight problem with housekeeping the 1/2 day about 930 housekeeping knocked and then entered . Bf naked . Lights on . He didn't make it all the way in the room , but didn't like that at all. BF explained we were checking out they could refill and do towels then. Wish they had adult only swim time for at least an hour and the fact they had the door opened to outside instead of keeping the humidity in the pool... read more
My one-night stay was fine. The room and facility are clean and the staff at check-in and check-out was friendly. Breakfast as expected with eggs, sausage, juice, and various cereals and bread. It appears some renovations have occurred, like new carpet in the hallways. The room was cool, the bedding was comfortable. I was surprised to see a hot tub with the pool but I did not have time to use it.
