Needs extensive renovation. Trust me, you get what you pay for, clean ok beds, ok fairly clean bathroom, everything else was pretty gross.
This hotel is horrible can’t bring your food to your rooms, what the hell like damn we pay for it so why not. Bathrooms to small no elevators only stairs to walk up it sucks. Doesn’t get room service, unless you request it. And we was gypped out two rooms that we had reserve. I would rate this hotel a 1. See why they only have 3.6 because they sorry as hell.
Mr Patel is an awesome host. This hotel feels like family. From Sam who works night shift to the Irish Guy all the staff takes care of the guests. Even the house keepers are nice. The rooms are clean and smell great and for the price compared to the other hotels is the best hotel near Carowinds. Stayed over a month here working and would come back anytime. Hotel is below average, we found a sock with literal feces in the hall in front of our room and the hallways smelled pretty bad, beds were also pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent and the guy at the front desk was nice.
This place was so insanely disgusting. The rooms felt humid and they stunk, the showers were dripping, and there were stains in the bed. I definitely think there were bugs. Do not come here go literally anywhere else.
