absolutely disgusting rooms. don't stay here. checked in and checked out within 10 mins.
My parents were visiting, and the place didn't have a single bottle of water throughout their entire stay. I let the staff know, and they responded that they couldn't do anything about it. I assumed that, given the late hour, they were unable to help at that moment, but the situation persisted the following day. I understand that this is an issue that could be resolved with proper management and organization. Likewise, the cleanliness needs to improve significantly.
They refused my stay from a 3rd party site.
DONT GO HERE.!!!!!! They stole my ps5, and 10 pairs of my shoes from out of the room. VERY EXPENSIVE ITEMS…. They fail to return the items or even reimburse me. I also got sick while’s staying here because of the air quality, there was mold and the tub was dirty. Did I mention that they also steals??
